Borsa İstanbul’s Opening Bell Rang for Net Global

The Opening Bell Ceremony for Net Global, which has successfully completed its IPO process, held today at Borsa İstanbul. Net Global shares have started trading on the Borsa İstanbul Star Market under the ticker code NETGL.

Net Global, which began its journey in the Turkish industrial sector with the production of high-density plastic pipes and has since expanded into renewable energy, modern agriculture, and investments in a railcar manufacturing plant, made its introduction to the capital markets with a bell-ringing ceremony held at Borsa İstanbul. Having successfully completed the book building process between September 9, 10, and 11 through a consortium led by Tacirler Yatırım, the company started trading on the Borsa İstanbul Star Market under the ticker code NETGL as of September 17, 2026.

The ceremony was attended by Atila Türeli, Executive Vice President of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.; Haydar Aydın, Chairman of the Board of Net Global; Sami Aydın, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Net Global; Ünal Aydın, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Net Global; Berk Kuter, Board Member and CEO of Net Global; Onur Kavgacı, General Manager of Tacirler Yatırım, and numerous guests.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Atilla Türeli, the Executive Vice President of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:
