In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Bakırıcı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (REIT)

Bakırcı GYO, drawing on its many years of experience in the construction sector, has joined our capital markets today. Going forward, the company will continue to grow through its trade and logistics-focused projects. With the proceeds generated from the IPO, it will implement its investments and further advance its objectives.

On this occasion, I wish that the IPO of Bakırcı GYO and the commencement of its trading on our Exchange bring prosperity to the Company, our investors, and our capital markets.
