The Initial Public Offering of Sanica Isı has been completed. Shares offered to the public will be listed on BIST STARS with a base price of 20,04 TL, the ticker code “SNICA” and the continuous trading method.
In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Sanica at our Exchange.
With the high IPO demand, Sanica launched an outstanding IPO with a total IPO amount of 801 million TL and a sale to 166 thousand investors. In this respect, it sets a good example for IPOs, the preparations of which are ongoing.
There is one more aspect that makes the IPO of Sanica significant.
One of the main missions of the capital markets in general and Borsa İstanbul, in particular, is to serve as an ecosystem that provides financing for our industrial companies, which are the main element of the sustainable growth of our country.
In this regard, we visit one by one the top 1000 industrial enterprises of Türkiye that are not listed on Borsa İstanbul. Moreover, we organize meetings in the industrial chambers of the provinces where we visit companies. Against this background, we held one-on-one meetings with about 150 companies. We inform our companies about Borsa İstanbul and the capital markets that provide the opportunity to access long-term TL. To this end, we visited the provinces of İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Kocaeli, Konya, Ordu, Çorlu, Denizli, Kayseri, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Adana, Mersin and Hatay. We will further continue to visit other provinces, companies and chambers of industry.
Today, with the listing of Sanica, we have provided the financing of one of Türkiye's 1000 largest industrial enterprises through Borsa İstanbul.
