In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Vera Konsept Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. at our Exchange.

Vera Konsept has set out on a journey to launch residential and commercial space projects and has transformed into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). 

As such, by starting to be traded on Borsa İstanbul today, it has taken a significant step towards becoming one of the leading brands of our country. I wish this IPO to be auspicious for the goals of our company and new projects.
