On November 3, 2021, İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. listed in Borsa İstanbul following the Opening Bell Ceremony. The company started to be traded with the ticker code IHAAS in the BIST MAIN.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. at our Exchange.

İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. is the 6th company of the İhlas group to be traded on our Stock Exchange. Through this initial public offering, İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. realized a successful IPO with a sale of 101 million TL to approximately 74 thousand investors. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to this IPO.

In terms of IPO’s, we are having a quite successful year. At every opportunity and in every environment, we make an appeal to our companies and investors.

We recommend our companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the capital markets. We tell them to finance their growth, investments, production, exports and employment through capital markets.  We suggest them to share their operating profits with the public as dividends instead of banks as financial expenses, to strengthen their equity.
