In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

“Distinguished guests,

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Oncosem at our Exchange.

Oncosem sets forth a successful performance in the field of health technology with its patented devices produced as a result of R&D studies. This successful performance in the company’s activities is also reflected in its IPO.

With the high IPO demand, the company launched an outstanding IPO with a total IPO amount of approximately 104 million TL. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone who contributed to this outstanding IPO.

As we have seen in some IPOs that took place in 2022, the high demand from domestic and international institutional investors in Oncosem's IPO demonstrates the confidence in both Oncosem and our capital markets. I firmly believe that this confidence will continue in the IPOs that will be launched in 2023.

In this first Opening Bell Ceremony of the year, I wish that 2023, the 100th anniversary of the establishment of our Republic and the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Borsa İstanbul, will be auspicious to our companies, investors, intermediary institutions, all our stakeholders, our stock market, our capital market and our country.
