The Initial Public Offering of Söke Değirmencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has been completed. Shares offered to the public listed on BIST STARS with a base price of 7.5 TL, the ticker code “SOKE” and the continuous trading method as of January 12, 2022

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Söke Değirmencilik at our Exchange.

With the high IPO demand, Söke Değirmencilik launched a successful IPO with an IPO revenue of 581 million TL and sales to 787 thousand investors. I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who contributed to this successful IPO process, all company employees and the intermediary institution.

The process that the world is going through, climate change, the pandemic, wars, disruption of the supply chain and social incidents are gradually increasing the importance of food supply security.
