July 15 Martyrs Monument opens at Borsa İstanbul

The monument, prepared in memory of those martyred at Borsa İstanbul during the coup attempt on July 15, was opened. Minister of Family and Social Policies Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, Borsa İstanbul Chairman Himmet Karadağ, and relatives of the martyrs and survivors participated in the opening ceremony.
A ceremony was held in memory of Fatih Satır and Mehmet Şevket Uzun, martyred at Borsa İstanbul during the coup attempt by the Gülen Terrorist Organization.
In her speech at the ceremony, Minister of Family and Social Policies Kaya said, “That night, no one had any titles, but “patriot”. That night, not only Gülen and his pawns, but the whole world once more saw that this nation can overcome any difficulty”.
Borsa İstanbul Chairman Himmet Karadağ said that the night of July 15 is a new victory of the nation, adding, “Determined citizens, particularly our fellow neighbors in Sarıyer as well as fearless police came to the campus and took Borsa İstanbul back from the traitors”.
