Borsa İstanbul’s Board designated

Borsa İstanbul’s 3rd Ordinary General Assembly meeting was held on April 1, 2016. At the meeting, new Board Members were elected. Himmet Karadağ was elected as Chairman of the new Board.

Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Ordinary General Assembly meeting was held at Borsa İstanbul İstinye premises on Friday, April 1, 2016. The meeting was opened with a moment of silence and Turkish national anthem, agenda items were discussed afterwards.

New Board of Directors designated

Following the speeches, the annual report, independent auditors’ report for the year 2015, the balance-sheet and profit and loss statement for the year 2015 were read, discussed and approved by the General Assembly. At the General Assembly, Borsa İstanbul Board Members were discharged in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code.
