Borsa İstanbul visits Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK)

Borsa İstanbul’s senior management visited Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) on Thursday, February 18, 2016. Borsa İstanbul delegation including CEO Tuncay Dinç, Chief Business Development Officer Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz, Listing Group Director Sertac Fuad Karaağaoğlu and Marketing and Sales Director Serhat Görgün were hosted by DEİK President Ömer Cihad Vardan, Deputy Secretary General Aslı Akdeniz Özelli and Public-Private Partnership Committee Chairman Eyüp Vural Aydın.

During the visit, cooperation between the two institutions was the priority subject discussed and the parties exchanged ideas on the potential cooperation areas between Borsa İstanbul and DEİK. They also agreed upon organizing mutual activities in the areas that are of interest to both institutions.

At the end of the meeting, a decision was taken in regard to Borsa İstanbul becoming a member of DEİK and the relevant procedures were initiated.
