Announcement regarding the Calendar for the Selection of a Global Co-coordinator and/or Bookrunner for Borsa İstanbul’s IPO

Regarding Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.’ Initial Public Offering for the sales of shares amounting to maximum 42.75% of its existing share capital, owned by the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Treasury (the “Treasury”), with the objective of their listing in Turkey, which was announced on March 2, 2015, there has been an amendment in the calendar for the selection process for potential intermediary institutions or development and investment banks to act as Global Co-ordinator and/or Bookrunner in the public offering, upon the request of the interested institutions. The deadline for both electronic and hard copy proposal submission, which was March 10, 2015 for electronic copy and March 13, 2015 for hard copy previously, has been extended to March 20, 2015 5.00 p.m. Accordingly, proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. (GMT+2) on March 20, 2015  at Borsa İstanbul’s headquarters in Reşitpaşa Mahallesi, Tuncay Artun Caddesi, Emirgan 34467, İstanbul, Turkey.

In addition, all proposals, their annexes and all other relevant documentation to be submitted will be accepted in Turkish and/or English at the first stage and the institutions that pass on to the next stage will be asked to complete all documentation in both Turkish and English. 

Responses to the frequently asked questions regarding the process, which were addressed to investorrelations@borsaistanbul.com were prepared and shared with the institutions that had obtained the Request for Proposal.
