The first partnership agreement at Borsa İstanbul Private Market is to be signed between Modanisa and STC Ventures

The first partnership agreement at BIST Private Market will be signed between BIST members Modanisa and STC Ventures. BIST Private Market brings entrepreneurs and investors together by way of partnerships for increased financing and liquidity and it has reached 200 members in very short period of time since establishment in November 2014.

With this first transaction (partnership agreement) at BIST Private Market; STC Ventures, Saudi Telecom Company Risk Capital Fund, with USD 5.5 million investment, becomes a shareholder to Modanisa, world’s top Islamic clothing website. As the Fund’s first investment in Turkey, the partnership will enable entry into Turkish market and lay the foundation for further investments in the future.
