Public Disclosure Platform will soon be transferred to Central Registry Agency

Public Disclosure Platform, which is an electronic system through which electronically signed notifications required by the capital markets and Borsa Istanbul regulations are publicly disclosed, is currently run by Borsa İstanbul. Starting from March 17, 2014, the Platform will be operated by Central Registry Agency (CRA).

Public Disclosure Platform (PDP), which is an electronic system through which electronically signed notifications required by the capital markets and Borsa Istanbul regulations are publicly disclosed, will soon be transferred. The operations of PDP, which have been carried out by Borsa İstanbul so far will be assumed by Central Registry Agency (CRA), as of March 17, 2014. Following the transfer, there will not be any change in the www.kap.gov.tr address, the current web site of PDP will remain the same.

The effectiveness of the capital market oriented services increases


Central Registry Agency (CRA) was designated by the Capital Market Law to establish an electronic platform for maintaining the communication between the companies and the investors as well as a data bank for gathering all capital markets data in a single point. Following CRA’s undertaking PDP’s operations in addition to its current portal that brings the companies and the investors  together, the effectiveness of the capital market oriented services is expected to increase.
