Borsa İstanbul’s Opening Bell Rang for Formül Plastik

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Formül Plastik at Borsa İstanbul.

The industrial sector is the cornerstone of our economy and growth. Today, we are pleased to connect our markets with a valued industrialist who stands out with their production capacity.

Formül Plastik has expanded its capacity and infrastructure through its investments, meeting the needs of various sectors with domestic production, and ranks among the top 1000 industrial companies in our country. By starting to be traded on Borsa İstanbul today, Formül Plastik will make new investments, strengthen its corporate structure, and continue its sustainable growth trajectory.

On this occasion, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this IPO. I hope this IPO will be auspicious to our capital markets, and I welcome Formül Plastik to Borsa İstanbul family.”
