A seminar entitled “Companies in the Light of New Capital Markets Regulations”, covering the new regulations regarding the companies traded on Borsa İstanbul was held on December 8, 2014.

On December 8, 2014, a seminar entitled “Companies in the Light of New Capital Markets Regulations”, covering the issues regarding the companies traded on Borsa İstanbul, and which are envisaged in the Capital Markets Law no. 6362 which was published in the Official Gazette dated December 30, 2012 as well as the secondary arrangements which followed. 

The seminar tabled the significant amendments and key practices regarding topics including public disclosure, material transactions, exit, rights to terminate partnership and sell shares, buy-back of shares, proposal to buy shares, voting by proxy, covered profit transfer, and capital markets crimes. The seminar is planned to be repeated in early 2015 due to the demand in excess of capacity.
