Launching a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), Rainbow Polikarbonat started to be traded in Borsa İstanbul with the ticker code “RNPOL”.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rainbow Polikarbonat, held with a fixed price of 9,90 TL between 30 November – 1 December 2021, with the method of Sales in the Stock Exchange, received 5 times the demand. The size of the IPO of Rainbow, which received a demand for the 40% of the company's share, was 118.8 million TL.
In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Rainbow at our Exchange.
Rainbow is a successful company that expands its capacity and production lines, makes investments and exports. Offering almost 40% of its capital to the public, the company meets with investors today. It will use the IPO revenue for the investors as well as finance its growth in the capital markets.
This year, companies from different cities of our country, outside İstanbul, came to our Stock Exchange. To cite an example, having companies from different cities of our country such as Ankara, Aydın, Balıkesir, Denizli, Erzurum, İzmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Manisa and Rize at our Exchange is of great importance in terms of our capital markets.
Therefore, I would like to address chambers of industry and commerce representing each city of our country.
