Ensari Deri Gıda Sanayi listed on Borsa İstanbul with the Opening Bell Ceremony held on March 22, 2022. Shares offered to the public started to be traded in the BIST MAIN with the ticker code “ENSRI”.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Stock Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Ensari Deri at our Stock Exchange.

The leather sector is a very significant manufacturing industry of our country with the export revenue it provides and the employment it creates. One of the main representatives of this important sector, Ensari Deri, started to be traded in our Stock Exchange today and will utilize the opportunities offered by the capital markets such as accessing finance, institutionalization and increasing the brand value. Ensari Deri will use some of the IPO revenues to reduce its financial liabilities. As such, the company will increase its profitability by reducing the financial expenses arising from the exchange rate difference and interest rate.
