In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

“Distinguished guests,

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of ASCE Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (REIT) at our Exchange.

Once again, I pray for Allah's mercy upon our citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake and extend my condolences to their loved ones.

Since its establishment, ASCE has successfully completed numerous significant projects. Recently, the company has taken a quite valuable decision to transform into a real estate investment trust (REIT) aiming to become more institutional and efficient. I would like to congratulate the Company's esteemed executives for this strategic decision.

Through the financing provided by the IPO, ASCE aims for sustainable growth. To this end, by starting to trade on Borsa İstanbul and gaining the trust of investors who participated in the IPO, the company will further advance its achievements with the strength it receives from 1.3 million investors.

Today, as another company from Gaziantep starts trading on our Stock Exchange, I would like to take this opportunity to invite all companies operating in our country's cities to benefit from the opportunities offered by the capital markets and join our Stock Exchange. I would like to invite you to achieve institutionalization and long-term development through capital markets.

Driven by high demand, ASCE GYO (REIT) launched an outstanding IPO with a size exceeding 2 billion Turkish liras. On this occasion, I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who contributed to this successful IPO process, all company employees and the intermediary institution. I wish it to be auspicious for our capital markets. I would like to welcome ASCE Gayrimenkul Yatırm Ortaklığı A.Ş. to Borsa İstanbul family.”
