Diamonds and precious stones that have already been traded on Borsa İstanbul Diamond and Precious Stone Market shall be subject to an Exchange commission of 0.75 thousandths, in the event that such stones are re-traded off-Exchange. Such commission shall be charged on both the buyer and the seller separately over the invoiced amount and will be effective starting from August 3, 2015. The Exchange commission was previously equal to 1.25 thousandths.
