Borsa İstanbul continues to receive applications for membership with the Private Market, which will launch on November 17, 2014. The Private Market brings together entrepreneurs and investors together for long term partnerships and thereby offers a new alternative solution for raising funds and creating liquidity.

A web-based and member-based platform which brings companies and investors together for share trading without going public, the Private Market offers companies the opportunity to have access to finance without going public, company partners intending to sell their shares liquidity, and for investors, new investment opportunities and liquidity for their investments.

Start-Up Companies and Rising Companies to have Direct Access to Angel Investors

Membership applications for the Private Market started on August 26, 2014. The Private Market will be officially inaugurated on November 17, during the Global Entrepreneurship Week, and operations will start then. Companies and investors that apply for membership by November 14, 2014 will be offered free membership for a term of one year. Free membership does not cover intermediary and service provider memberships.
