On September 30, 2021 Margün Enerji Üretim Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. listed in Borsa İstanbul following the Opening Bell Ceremony. Shares offered to the public started to be traded with the ticker code MAREN in BIST STARS.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated as follows:

Today, we introduce a significant renewable energy company to our investors on our Stock Exchange.

In order to ensure that energy, one of the main inputs of production, can be provided continuously at an affordable price, increasing the capacity of our renewable energy resources holds utmost importance in the development of our country.

Margün Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ Chairman of the Board Yusuf Şenel stated that Margün Enerji, which is the face of Naturel Enerji Group that expands overseas, has started to be traded and further maintained, "We have successfully completed the largest initial public offering with Sales in the Exchange method, reaching a value of 830 million TL.”
