Borsa İstanbul Sustainability Committee was established in 2015 to implement sustainability in an integrated and effective manner, to monitor sustainability strategy and performance and to conduct works and studies to integrate sustainability into decision making mechanisms and business models in Borsa İstanbul.
The Committee consists of Deputy Chief Audit Executive and Heads of System Administration Group, Directors of Research and Business Development, Support Services, Legal Affairs, Marketing and Sales, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, or one person appointed by each director, and an Executive Vice President assigned by the CEO to chair the Committee.
