Investco holding listed on Borsa İstanbul with the Opening Bell Ceremony held on March 1, 2022. Shares offered to the public started to be traded in the BIST STARS with the ticker code “INVES”.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Investco Holding at our Exchange.

Investco Holding and other companies of the Group listed on our Stock Exchange expand and develop their investments and activities by financing them through the capital market. Investco Holding aims to make investments in renewable energy and technology with a considerable amount of its IPO revenue.

Distinguished guests,

As you all know, our country is working towards the goal of Zero-Emission and Green Development. In this respect, we actively participated the Climate Council held in Konya last week as Borsa İstanbul. In that regard, concrete strategies were assessed in the Climate Council. Within the context of these strategies, we have taken the responsibility in order to establish a trading system that will form the infrastructure of the Emissions Trading System for Carbon Pricing and Trade at our Exchange. We have made the necessary preparations for the establishment of this trading system and make it ready for use at our Stock Exchange. We aim to complete our work soon.

Investco Holding launched an outstanding IPO with a total IPO amount of 900 million TL and a sale to approximately 122 thousand investors.
