The Initial Public Offering of SDT Uzay ve Savunma Teknolojileri has been completed. Shares offered to the public will be listed on BIST STARS with a base price of 32 TL, the ticker code “SDTTR” and the continuous trading method as of January 4, 2022.

In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Stock Exchange as we celebrate the listing of SDT Uzay ve Savunma Teknolojileri at our Exchange.

SDT Uzay ve Savunma Teknolojileri has grown by investing in R&D activities and achieved its present success. Now, thanks to the IPO, the company is sharing this growth and success with its new stakeholders.

Our companies that aim to share their success with new stakeholders and finance their growth through capital markets in order to increase their investment, production, exports and employment, launched 52 IPOs in 2021 and 40 IPOs in 2022. They have raised 41 billion TL from these IPOs.

We firmly believe that our IPOs will continue successfully in 2023 as well. We extend every effort to achieve this.

On the supply side, we will continue to contribute to the vision of the Century of Türkiye with an aim where more companies have the opportunity to acquire various sources, and on the demand side, we have reached a wider investor base, briefly, we focus on the growth of the markets.

SDT Uzay ve Savunma Teknolojileri launched an outstanding IPO with high demand, 392 million TL and sales to 839 thousand investors.
