In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to the Opening Bell Ceremony as we celebrate the listing of Lila Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. at Borsa İstanbul.

Lila Kağıt, one of the leading industries and exporters of our country, is a prominent company in its sector with its production capacity and worldwide sales network.

Lila Kağıt has initiated a major step today and started to be traded on Borsa İstanbul. It is of great importance for the healthy growth of our country's economy that the real sector, especially our industrialists and exporters, provide financing for their investments and growth through capital markets. In this sense, Lia Paper has set a good example.

I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who contributed to the IPO, all company employees and the intermediary institution. I wish this IPO to be auspicious for our capital markets and I would like to welcome Lila Kağıt to Borsa İstanbul family.
