In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

This well-established company, which carries out very significant projects in the development of our country's defence systems, makes considerable contributions to the nationalization of our defence industry.

High technology requires qualified human resources as well as qualified financial resources. At this very juncture, our company opted to provide financial resources through an IPO and decided to share its growth and success with new stakeholders.
