- increases the creditworthiness of the company, and allows them to borrow funds at much inexpensive costs.

In addition to listed bonds that satisfy the listing requirements, those among the private sector bonds failing to meet the listing criteria but are deemed eligible for being traded on the stock exchange by the Board of Borsa İstanbul may be traded on Borsa İstanbul Debt Securities Market (Unlisted Private Sector Bonds).

Government Debt Securities may be traded on Borsa İstanbul Debt Securities Market without being listed on Borsa İstanbul.
